2000: preparation of a Renovation Plan to obtain the authorization for the change of end use to create an hotel and some new underground volumes for ancillary spaces.
2001-2008: construction phase architectural and structural design; interior design; project for the rebuilding of the terraced garden (hortus conclusus); design of the swimming pool and the redesign of the outdoor spaces (resede); on site construction management.
